RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
We understand how nerve-racking shopping online can be, but because all our orders are customized/hand-made for each customer, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges. With this in mind, we ask that you carefully review all the items in your order because all sales are final. Please check out our size charts to ensure you are purchasing the right-sized item.
The only exception to this, is if the error on the order was our fault, then we will look into rectifying the issue. (Please send us an email: email@example.com).
As stated above, all orders are customized/hand-made for each customer, so we can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after your order is placed. (Please send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org). After the 24 hours has elapsed, your order cannot be cancelled unfortunately.
